Run by the Diakos family for more than thirty years, Cavo Costa Kouzina in Faliraki, Rhodes, pairs the comfort of a family table with the polish of contemporary Greek gastronomy. Its kitchen works seasonal local produce and fresh seafood into modern, creative Mediterranean dishes.
